advance ad blocker is the best ad blocker we used so far we downloaded it and it went straight to doing its job not one ad has got through thanks yes would recommend

For the past month, it keeps turning itself off on Yahoo Mail.

kwalitie has dropped.realy dissapointed. still getting pop ups and ads the interface has also changed . not for the better . als in your settings for filters and such you cant even read anything properly

Useless, can't create my own filters, ads allowed to hide within news items on yahoo, can't filter out videos, absolute rubbish.

Why did you change it? I can't select pop up ads anymore. HORRIBLE!!!!

Same problem other are having. Failed and letting ads in. Extension shutting down.

What's happened? It's started letting ads in and when I check in the extensions it's unloaded Adaware because 'The extension has reloaded itself too frequently'. Even rebooting my machine doesn't help. Does this extension have updated support or do I need to look elsewhere?

It won't add filters that I want, especially filters for Yahoo Finance. This extension whitelists anything Yahoo. Adaware white Iists too many sites as trusted. If you delete them, they will be back the next day. The block popup button functions on all websites not just the one you are on, and that's a problem. It should be site specific and it's not. This allows video ads to be played in the dailymail but when I removed Adaware and reinstalled UBO Lite the video ads were blocked. Adaware appears to have agreements with companies to have them whitelisted and you can't remove them, they come back when deleted the next day.

Brilliant Performance. Totally satisfied till now.. I used this extension till August 8,2023

Works great for me! I was trying to read a blog but the amount of ads scattered all over the page made it impossible until I installed this!

BUG: Sometimes the list of filters does not appear when I click on the third party filter list, please fix this.

The fact is when you enable BLOCK POP UPS in most extensions they can still appear in a new tab or new window and annoy you, however Adaware's pop up blocker IS EXCEPTIONAL AND DOES AN AMAZING JOB! It works seamlessly with https everywhere and ublock origin as well as ghostery, I've tested using them together and it is just BLISS!. The thing for me that this extension does best is prevent pop ups in new windows and that ALONE is reason to have it. Must have extension for me.
